STATUS tingkat risiko Covid-19 Kabupaten Sukoharjo kembali naik, dari risiko sedang atau zona oranye menjadi risiko tinggi atau zona merah.
Tingginya angka kematian atau mortality rate menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kenaikan status tingkat risiko Covid-19.
Pantauan pada laman resmi covid19.go.id, Kamis (19/11/2020), status Sukoharjo kembali zona merah peta risiko penularan virus Corona. Di Indonesia, hanya 28 daerah yang berstatus zona merah, termasuk Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
Peta zonasi tingkat risiko Covid-19 itu berdasarkan 15 indikator kesehatan, yakni 11 indikator epidemiologi, dua indikator surveilans kesehatan masyarakat, dan dua indikator pelayanan kesehatan. Penghitungan ketiga indikator tersebut menggunakan skoring dan pembobotan.
Sebelumnya, Kabupaten Sukoharjo sempat berstatus zona merah peta risiko Covid-19 pada pertengahan Oktober. Hal ini lantaran tingginya angka kematian pasien positif Covid-19 Kabupaten Jamu ini.
“Betul (Sukoharjo berstatus zona merah Covid-19). Ada 15 indikator, termasuk penambahan jumlah pasien positif dan angka kematian pasien positif,” kata Juru Bicara Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Penanganan Covid-19 Sukoharjo dr Yunia Wahdiyati, kepada wartawan.
Ambang Batas WHO
Angka kematian pasien positif Covid-19 Sukoharjo melebihi ambang batas dari World Health Organization (WHO), yakni maksimal lima persen. Bahkan, angka kematian pasien positif delapan kecamatan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo melebihi lima persen.
Kedelapan daerah dengan angka kematian pasien Covid-19 tinggi dan membuat Sukoharjo masih zona merah itu meliputi Kecamatan Nguter, Bendosari, Baki, Polokarto, Sukoharjo, Grogol, Gatak, dan Kecamatan Kartasura.
Jumlah pasien positif yang meninggal dunia per 19 November sebanyak 71 orang.
“Kasus kematian pasien positif terus bertambah selama Oktober-November. Ini menjadi peringatan keras dan perhatian serius Satgas untuk menekan angka kematian pasien positif,” ujarnya.
Di sisi lain, berdasarkan data pada laman corona.sukoharjokab.go.id yang ter-update 19 November, jumlah total kasus konfirmasi positif Covid-19 mencapai 1.424 orang. Dari jumlah itu, 265 orang menjalani isolasi mandiri, tiga orang isolasi rumah sehat, dan 94 orang rawat inap.
Selanjutnya, 991 orang sembuh dan selesai isolasi mandiri dan 71 orang meninggal dunia.
Pasien suspek total tercatat sebanyak 880 orang, dengan rincian 17 orang isolasi mandiri, 73 orang rawat inap, dan 775 orang selesai pemantauan.
Kemudian 15 orang meninggal dunia dan 392 orang hasil swab negatif.
Manajemen Rumah Sakit
Yunia menjelaskan, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menekan angka kematian dan membuat Sukoharjo keluar dari zona merah risiko Covid-19.
Upaya itu seperti meningkatkan tata laksana manajemen penanganan pasien positif pada delapan rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19.
Kedelapan RS tersebut, yakni RSUD Ir Soekarno, RS Indriati, RS dr Oen Solo Baru, RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo, RS UNS, RS Nirmala Suri, RS PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura, dan RSIS Yarsis.
Ketua Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) Sukoharjo Iskandar mengatakan, pencegahan penularan Covid-19 terhadap kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki komorbid harus menjadi prioritas utama.
Pasien positif yang meninggal dunia memiliki komorbid seperti hipertensi, jantung, dan diabetes melitus. Jika mereka terinfeksi Covid-19, berpotensi menderita gejala berat hingga kematian.***
