TIM Robotik MTs Negeri 5 Sragen ciptakan inovasi alat Pembaca Suhu Otomatis (Sutis) dan Hand Sanitizer Otomatis (Satis) di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
Satu tim terdiri atas empat siswi, yakni dari kelas IX, Naila Nur Rahmadina dan Juwita Zaki Labibah, serta dari kelas VII, Ayusita Indriana Puspitasari dan Azizah Al Waaristu.
Selain menciptakan dua inovasi tersebut, mereka juga membuat inovasi pengontrol jumlah pengunjung toko dan inovasi sterilisasi ruang otomatis.
Perwakilan Tim Robotik MTsN 5 Sragen, Juwita Zaki Labibah mengatakan, situasi pandemi ini, tim robotiknya menciptakan empat inovasi robot yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat maupun petugas protokol kesehatan (prokes).
Inovasi tersebut tentu dapat mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 yang saat ini sedang melanda Indonesia, bahkan dunia. Dari empat alat tersebut, sepasang alat, yakni Satis dan Sutis telah terpasang di Kantor Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Sragen.
“Dari empat inovasi ini, ada sepasang alat yang kami pasang di Kantor Kemenag Sragen. Kedua alat tersebut merupakan pasangan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan, layaknya Satis dan Sutis,” tutur Juwita Zaki Labibah didampingi Kepala MTsN 5 Sragen Muawanatul Badriyah saat ditemui inspirariline.com di Kantor Kemenag Sragen, Kamis (25/2/2021).
Seperti namanya, kedua alat tersebut tidak membutuhkan operator manusia, karena seluruhnya bekerja menggunakan sensor otomatis.
“Cara kerja Satis menggunakan sensor proximity. Ketika sensor membaca jarak tangan seseorang yang mendekat, maka alat akan mengirimkan data ke servo untuk menekan botol yang berisi cairan hand sanitizer,” jelasnya.
Namun, jika tangan sudah menjauh, servo akan berhenti bergerak. Satis ini juga dilengkapi dengan baterai yang dapat di-charge serta indikator tegangan yang berfungsi memberikan informasi kondisi baterai.
“Sedangkan Sutis bekerja saat ada orang yang mendekatkan dahi atau tangan dengan jarak antara 3 hingga 6 centimeter, sensor termometer inframerah akan membaca suhu secara otomatis,” terangnya.
Yang membedakan alat ini dengan alat serupa yang sudah banyak digunakan, adalah diselipkannya suara Google Assistant dalam Satis. Suara Google Assistant ini akan memberikan perintah bagi pengunjung sesuai dengan hasil pengukuran suhu.
“Hasil pembacaan suhu tubuh akan diucapkan secara real-time dengan suara Google Assistant. Jika panas tubuh yang dibaca lebih dari 37,6 derajat Celcius, akan muncul suara yang meminta pengunjung tersebut untuk pulang. Tapi jika suhu di bawah 37,5 derajat Celcius akan diperbolehkan masuk,” paparnya.
Perakitan Satis dan Sutis ini dikatakan tidaklah lama. Dalam satu hari, bisa dilakukan pemasangan jika komponen dan bahan-bahan sudah tersedia.
“Juga bisa disesuaikan dengan permintaan pemesan. Satu alat ini, jika dirupiahkan senilai Rp 3 juta,” ungkap Juwita Zaki Labibah.
Kepala MTSN 5 Sragen Muawanatul Badriyah mengaku bangga dengan siswi yang memunyai kreativitas, terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini.
“InsyaAllah kami akan selalu memotivasi, mendorong, dan mendukung, serta siap memfasilitasi kreativitas peserta didik kami. Tak lain untuk membawa madrasah kami menjadi madrasah yang terdepan,” kata Muawanatul Badriyah.
Kepala Kantor Kemenag Sragen Hanif Hanani yang ikut menyaksikan pemasangan Sutis dan Satis di instansinya, menyambut baik inovasi yang dilakukan para siswi MTsN 5 Sragen tersebut. Bahkan pihaknya telah menggunakan alat tersebut untuk keperluan sehari-hari di Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) Kemenag.
“Saya sudah lihat program ini setengah bulan yang lalu, sudah dicoba. Memang PTSP ini membutuhkan sekali alat otomatis. Karena tadinya diukur secara manual oleh petugas,” tuturnya.***
